Not sure what to say?

In 1996 on or about - Introduced by photographer Cliff Watts during dinner at Girasole I asked to work for free in the kitchen since food and cooking was my passion. Ermanno and Sonya were lovely and said yes. I learned a lot in the kitchen and about dedication not to mention great food and recipes. I remember trout with beans and potatoes and grilled rabbit making and making soup with Sonya on Saturdays. Ermanno was warm and kind and giving. I left LA in 2001 but never forgot about his...

Dad, you are always in my memories. 11 years have past and now mom has passed six months ago. I know she is with you.

Thinking of you today and everyday. I miss you so much!

Its been seven years since you left us in this world. I think of you everyday, missing you , wishing I could tell you what an impact you had on my life. My comfort is your art. It shines in our house. How proud I am to display it, looking at all the detail and passion you put into it. Wishing ,when I was younger that , that I payed more attention when you worked your golden hands. I can still hear your laughter, your wit, your love. No one understood quite like I did, because we shared...

Dad, i still miss and think of you every day. You were, are and forever will be with me in my heart and memory.
Before your last breath i asked you to promise me you will be the first i will see when i too will leave this life.
You never broke a promise to me. I look forward to the day we will forever be together.

Sending my deepest condolences to the Tolot family. I have such fond memories of him and had the privilege of growing up right next door to the family. Thank you Ermanno and your family for being a family to me and my mother when we lived in L.A. I remember most of all how he made everyone laugh, his jokes, and his kindness. He will be very missed.

Nothing like a cosmic point of view!

I know Ermanno because I know and love his beautiful daughter, Antonella, whose love, creativity, passion, and light didn't fall far from the tree!! Thank you Ermanno for bringing her to my life and for all you have been and will continue to be to her. May your rejoicing wherever you are ignite our beings every day of our lives!!!

Per cento anni... Zio Ermano, your legacy of love and laughter lives.

With love to Zia Sonia and Family,
