Not sure what to say?

Dear Halbur Family:

I'm very startled and saddened to hear of the loss of your sister. Of course I remember her particular smile and energetic nature, and with this memory it is especially surprising to hear this news. I hope my prayers for your comfort in this time will be answered from above. God Bless.

Dear Halbur Family,
I am so sad to hear about Erna, I cannot tell you. We got to be such good friends when we both moved to South Carolina. So many great memories....my love to ALL of you.
"Himmie"

Living in a small town makes you "forever family". Even though time and distance separated us, Erna, with her smile and her push for the best on the athletic field or the court, will be missed by all of the class of 1974. What a class reunion we'll have one day when we all come to join you!!! May God's peace be with your family and His grace be with you!

In my memory, always a smile on her pretty face and a bounce in her step. Prayers with you all.

To the Halbur family,So many smiles mixed with the tears.Long blonde hair blowing in the wind,a Tab in each hand to come over and watch the "soaps".We teased her every day about drinking that Tab!Your Father would be sitting on the porch and yell to her to be home for dinner! Erna was a very large part of our lives, and will be remembered often. Please accept our most heart-felt sympathies and know that Erna is being thought of by so many people.Anna,Margaret and Andrea Webb.

John and family-
I was so sad to read of Erna's passing. I had seen her in Virginia years ago when she was working in the area. I have good memories of us on the hockey field and on the bus trips.
I'll be thinking of you all-
Sincerely,
Lisa(Mangan)Dwyer

We are so sorry to hear of Erna's passing. We have so many fond memories of her and she was one of the best babysitters I ever had.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
