Not sure what to say?

Dear Laurie,
I am Sharon, a friend of Bud's from the dance group in Kentucky. I had some fond memories of Bud.When I started line dancing I felt quite out of place. Not only because I was new to the group but because I was a "Yankee". Bud was so sweet, every time I went to an event to dance with the group Bud was the first to meet me and pull me aside to make sure I knew all of my steps. He was a wonderful person and he will always be in my heart not only for his sweetness but his bold...

I will forever cherish the memories of my brother Bud, most importantly the closeness we shared the last 18 months of his life. Bud I'll never forget our morning chats and the many walks we had down the halls on 2nd floor towers of G.F. hospital. Most of all I will remember always stoping at the cabin picture near the nurses station and listening to your dreams of how you wished you could go there, how peaceful and secluded it was. I can feel your arm around me now, I wish I could have gotten...

Stacey,Laurie and John,
As one of Bud's caregivers, it was truly a pleasure and a priviledge to have the chance to get to know your Dad. He was such a delight as he shared his stories, music and line dance steps with us. He will truly be missed but never forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

My condolences to the whole Blackbird family and special thoughts to Kathy for the loss of your brother and Pete for the loss of your Uncle.

We will miss you always Grandpa Bud. We will always remember our fishing and camping trips with you.
And to those who share our grief, we miss you and will keep you in our prayers. Love Always, Johnny and Anthony.

John (and family),
I am so sorry for your loss. I met your dad briefly years ago at your grandparents' house and still remember his amazing smile. I send you my best wishes during this difficult time.

My condolences in remembrance of a kind and thoughtful man...he always had a smile and a story or two to tell. I am sorry he is gone but his spirit will remain and that is what we will remember...his spirit...he fought a good fight and now he does not have to fight any longer...look down and smile, Bud...we all miss you. With love to Bud's family and especially to Stacey...Dad may not be standing right there next to you but look up...he will be there always.
Love and heartfelt sympathy...
