Not sure what to say?

I would like to send my deepest regards from the Simmons family.

Dear Susie,
I am writing this note for my mother, Wadie P. Bagwell, who was a patient of Dr. Burson for many, many years. She wanted me to let you know how sorry she is to hear of his death. Dr. Burson was not only a doctor to her for all those years, but a friend as well. She often speak of him. We her family also extend our sympathy to you and your family.

Dear Susie,

I am so sorry for your loss. Dr. Burson was a caring and wonderful doctor. You and he were a fine team. Richard and I miss him very much.

With deepest sympathy,

Donna Owens and Richard Barsky
