Not sure what to say?

Ernie, Your dad and Bob were best friends all through childhood. After Bob and I married we had many good times with your mom and dad at their house in Brooklyn. Ernie and Ethel were God-parents to our daughter, Ann. We celebrated her first birthday with them in Garden Grove, CA. Both Ernie and Ethel were ever the gracious hosts and made our vacation time memorable. We spoke with your dad quite a few times over the last few years. Ernie was a real nice fella

"Uncle" Ernie always told me that "If you don't believe in God, You better be right" He was a very nice guy. Will be missed.

My deepest sympathy. My thoughts and prayers go with you dear cousin. There are so many good memories I have of your dad over the years. He was always the perfect host when we came to visit and showed us around the nearby sites and the popular eating establishments. I especially remember his love of music, especially the big band era. Lots of good times and then just phone calls. We would talk about the weather, politics, sports and the family. I will miss our talks. Take care.... ...

We praise God for the life and service of our veteran. May he rest in peace in the arms of our Lord.
