Not sure what to say?

Will never forget you, Mr Halcon.

Halcon family: I am so sad to see that my Nino has passed away. I am his Goddaughter that lived across the street from him many years ago. My name is Kim but he called me Boo Boo Banny. I was lucky enough to see him a couple years ago at a local restaurant. I have a Lot of wonderful memories and will miss him

Ernie Halcon and I met in the 1970's, both of us (and others) trying to solve and effectively prosecute a murder case. Ernie was an inspiration to me then. I was a young, inexperienced deputy DA. Ernie was wise and dedicated to exposing the truth and effecting justice. He was a very good man, whom I miss dearly.

To the family of Mr. Halcon -
I met him in the service waiting area of Witt Lincoln back in 2005. We spent over two hours chatting. A very kind and interesting man with a remarkable background, and incredibly proud of his family. I never forgot him. I'm glad I got to meet him, and I'm sorry for your great loss.

Ernie was a true legend and inspiration to all of us in law enforcement who had the honor of knowing and working with him.

Our prayers are with the family at this time of heartache. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow
We have never formaly met, but Ernest is my grandfather Juan Halcon littler brother.

"Indio" I'll miss you!
Pete L. Vasquez Jr.

I made great cash to buy my own toys:O) I remember going to his house when I was a kid; he had turtles and always a beautiful yard with a water fountain. It was fun to play in the water. I loved how he had special pet names for me and my siblings. We felt so special when he would sing our names and welcome us with a big hug and kiss. I am so blessed that...
