Not sure what to say?

Dear Jean and family,

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.
Nancy

I worked with Ernie for about 8 years when I first started my career at C.E.I. in 1975, Avon Lake Plant. I worked in the same department as Ernie and always enjoyed hearing his stories of his time with the merchant marines. Ernie helped us all with learning better mechanical and troubleshooting skills that we still use today. Ernie was a great guy and I?m sure he will be missed by his family and friends.

We are saddened to hear of Ernie's passing. He was a wonderful man. We will miss him very much. He and his family are in our prayers.

Hansen and Cleary families--

All of you hold a special place in our hearts. Cousin Ernie will always be remembered for his fondness of family--he told us at his 90th birthday celebration while holding the picture of CJ, Jen and children--"they are all Hansens"! You could not help but love that "stubborn Norwegian". Thanks for the good memories, Ernie.

Dear Jean, Chris, Terry, and Ginnie;

Ernie has a special place in our hearts. He was so understanding, kind, generous, compassionate, helpful, and was always the-glass-is-half-full-type of person--very positive. He and my mom had a wonderful relationship, and were so cute together. We are saddened that such a wonderful person no longer graces the earth, but we know he is in a special place. You have our deepest sympathy and compassion.

Dear Ernies' family,

We were blessed to have met Ernie through Anna. We are friends of Anna's daughter Dora and we had the pleasure of spending time with Ernie at the beach house in North Carolina and also when he was out visiting here in California. What an incredible man! So kind and funny. He lived quite a life and my husband Paul and I could listen to his stories for hours. We truly admired him and genuinely enjoyed the short time we spent knowing him. Our thoughts and...

To Ernie's Family,

Dave and I were so very sad to hear about Ernie's passing. We loved him so much! Ernie was a very special person--so loving, kind and giving.

We loved hearing Ernie's great stories about his interesting life experiences.

We are so thankful for the family photo you sent us after his 90th birthday. Ernie will be truly missed.

It's comforting to know that he is in a better place with no more pain and suffering.

We are not able to attend...

Terry and Jean and family --

Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of Ernie, He has a special place in our memories through the many parties and gatherings of our family. We know he was failing and am sure God has a special place for him. We will not be able to attend the service but our prayers are with you all.

Love, Tom and Barb Cleary
