Ernest A. Lavoie

Ernest was born on May 5, 1954 and passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2012. Ernest was a resident of Oxford, Massachusetts at the time of his passing. He graduated from Minnechaug Regional High School in Wilbraham in 1972. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was married to Donna. A funeral will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, from Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Roch's Church, 332 Main St., Oxford. Burial with military honors will be at a later date at North Cemetery in Oxford. Calling hours are Tuesday, October 9, 2012, from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
