I grew up next door to Jim, who was six years older than I. Although we moved away when I was 16, I remember Jim as one of the kindest people I had known - a good memory from my childhood. I'm sorry I didn't have the privilege of knowing him as an adult. My condolences to his friends and family.

Spent many weekends, rain or shine as Jim's Assistant Scoutmaster, with some really good kids. Lots of oatmeal fries and great times.RIP Jim at that campout in the sky.
