Ernest Edward "E.E." Mathews, 79, a 44-year resident of Irving, Texas, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a sales representative with General Foods, Inc., before his retirement, died at Baylor Medical Center at Irving on Saturday, March 30, 2002. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 1, 2002, 6-8 p.m., at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway, Irving. Services are scheduled for Tuesday, April 2, 11 a.m., at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. J. Don George and the Rev. Edra Hudson. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home, Irving, Texas.
