Not sure what to say?

I extend my sincere condolences to Debbie and children. I worked for Ernie at Knollwood back in the 90s. Ernie was a kind man and a wonderful boss. He was a delight to work with/for. His humor was spot on. Ernie allowed me to make choices about which position might best challenge me and bring satisfaction to me. He cared about his people; he was that kind of fellow. Fly with the Angels dear man!

will never be filled

a space

and even during the
best moments
and
the greatest
times

we will know it

we will know it
more than
ever

there is a place in the heart that
will never be filled

and

we will wait
and
wait

in that space."

To the entire Micelli family: My heartfelt...

I was very sorry to hear about the passing of Ernie. We almost share the same birthday and are the same age ,s it hits a bit close to home. He was lost way too soon. Ernie was a bit a character and had a fun sense of humor, so it kept things interesting while working with him on a golf project. My sympathies to the family. for your loss.

My dear friend & mentor Ernie....my years working with you were some of the best times of my life. I loved and appreciated your friendship & guidance. I cannot even put into words the sadness that i feel for your family. You will forever be missed and appreciated for your wit, humor, compassion, intelligence, & our shared loved of family, great cooking & great vino. Sending prayers of strength & understanding for your entire family. You will be forever in my heart. Karla~Tampa, FL
