I was very sad to learn of Mr. Pardee's passing and wish to offer my condolences to his family. As an officer of one time ASLRRA member, Wilmington & Western Railway, Mr. Pardee would often come to DC to meet with members of our staff and he would attend all of the ASLRRA's meetings and conferences. He was a true gentleman and his kindnesses are not forgotten.
