Not sure what to say?

I once had the privilege to caddie for Mr Ransome at RCC in Cinnaminson during the summer of 1971 when Fred Phillips was the golf pro there. It was so long ago that I vaguely remember it. I do remember that Mr Ransome was a very good golfer and one of the foresome golfing with him liked and used language I never heard of before. HA! HA! Thank you, Robert Klemick, Voorhees NJ

One of the "true gentlemen". I am pleased to have met him and to be a friend.

It was a privilege to have met and worked for this gentleman. He was a hard working man and created an amazing life with many rewarding experiences for him and his family. My condolences to the entire family.

Caddied to mr. Ransome at st andrewes many times a wonderfull golfer and gentleman .rip. George mcleod.

Ernie was one of the kindest, most respected gentlemen that I have had the pleasure to know. I regard myself as very fortunate to have had the pleasure to have played many rounds of golf with him at Pine Valley, and enjoyed the many meetings that we attended together. His rendition of "Geraldine" at our meetings was something that we all looked forward to . Rest in peace, condolences to the family.

Very sorry to hear of Mr. Ransome's passing, my thoughts are with the Ransome family.

As a college student who caddied, I was lucky to carry Ernies bag at a golf club in Ireland. He invited me to work at PVCC after we bonded on the golf course. I will never forget my 3 summers there. I caddied for him many times and he had wonderful stories. I decided to work in golf after college and his early guidance has paid off for me. What a legend of a man. Thank you Ernie.

Ernie Ransome was a true gentleman! He was respected and admired by folks from all walks of life. When people talk about Pine Valley one cannot help but reference Ernie's name. He was incredibly instrumental in making Pine Valley what it is today.

Condolences to the Ransome family.

I played on the 1969 Riverton Country Club Suburban Championship Team with Ernie. He was an amazing man and one that will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers to the family.
