Not sure what to say?

To Ernie's family,

My husband knew Ernie 10 years before me. He used to be at the Casino all the time. I went to Trenton High School (graduated 1966) and went to the Casino for a vanilla or chocolate sodas and I remember Ernie was Mr. Personality. He had a special smile and always was so funny. That is what I will remember. Please accept our sympathy.

Love, Carol and JuJu

Dear Sbarro family ,My deepest sympathy to all the family and anyone who knew Ernie. While at Trenton High School it was always so comforting to have a warm greeting from Ernie at the " Casino ". Always a special smile. Be at peace with your wife Jean. Michael will miss you dearly.
With kindest regards
My condolences ....
JoAnne

I first met Ernie at Casino Restaurant in the early 60's when I was a teenager. He was always a true gentleman and I've always looked forward to being in his company. Throughout much of the last 50 years Ernie was my insurance man, investment counselor, advisor and friend.
He accomplished so much in his life but his character, grace, class and many friendships will be a big part of his legacy that will truly live on.

Our condolences to the family. We know Ernie will rest with GOD.

Mi mancherai. Quando hai finito con il vostro gioco di tennis, Informi Zia Jean e miei nonni ho detto ciao.

Ernie and Jean, both were like family to us. They were my parents' closest friends. I have wonderful pictures of them sailing the BVI's in their 50's, all looking young, fun and beautiful, and a little naughty too. They were so fun to be around as a child, and supportive an as adult. I will always remember how much he loved mini frozen snickers, coca-cola and ricotta cheese. May he rest "happily ever after" with Jean. We love you both and we are so grateful to have had you in our lives.

I'm not someone the family will remember but I spent many nights back in the 50's with Ernie and Gino as they closed up Tony Goes after I had finished my second shift job. Both of them were very nice guys. The family should be able to remember him with pride. I'm very happy to have made his acquaintance.

Dear Sbarro Family,
We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of our your wonderful father. Ernie was our dear friend and neighbor. Please accept our sincere condolences.

Dear Sbarro Family, I was so sorry to hear of your loss, and my heart goes out to you. Ernie was a fine gentleman and will be greatly missed. He will always be a fond memory, part of growing up on Hamilton Avenue, and our many many lunches (and Milkshakes)at Tony Goes. I know he will be missed by many.
