Not sure what to say?

I did not know Ernie before I retired and moved to OKC. We met playing tennis and I then learned that Ernie was quite a celebrity in the OKC area. In addition to tennis, we also worked together serving breakfasts at Breakfast on Boulevard. Ernie was a true gentlemen and I really cannot remember him either being mad or saying something bad about another person. He was a great friend and we all still miss him.

We loved Ernie! He was such a fine man. Our prayers are with you, Elizabeth and Jack for Gods Peace and Comfort.

I was fortunate to meet Ernie shortly after moving to Edmond in 2008, and it was truly a joy to know him. Our interaction was mainly tennis on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings; however, we also worked at Breakfast-on-Boulevard together and shared our favorite books. All of us that played tennis with Ernie cherished him and, frankly, it was never obvious he was 20-30 years older. He was a talented man, and we will miss him dearly.
