Not sure what to say?

always remembered

So sorry to learn of Ernie's passing. I've been blessed to have had many role models in my life, including my parents,my three brothers, my wife and her entire family. I've also had non-related role models, and Ernie was at the top of that list. I value, highly, his guidance and his friendship. He was, simply, a wonderful person.

So sorry to learn of Earnie's passing. I've been blessed with having many role models in my life; mostly relatives, including my parents, my three brothers, my wife and her entire family. I also had non-related role models and Ernie was at the top of that list. He was a wonderfully caring and helpful person for me.

I have such fond memories of him and Mrs Siciliano, they were wonderful neighbors and friends. He was a warm, gentle and kind man and I'm so glad to have had the pleasure of knowing him and his family. My deepest sympathy to Angela and family.

Besides being an avid community supporter, Ernie was a good friend of our family and particularly of my dad, Bill Ripley. On one occasion when the Sacred Heart baseball team was coming through our yard as they often did on the way to the playground for a game, my dad had asked them to please stop this practice. When this had no effect, dad contacted Ernie and the practice of coming through our yard stopped immediately. We never quite knew what magic he performed to accomplish this. ...
