Not sure what to say?

Eve, Kathy, all family, and friends. I still think of the best Ernie had to give and how much he loved you all. Bless you all. I hope the future shines on you.

Eve we were so sadden to hear of your loss. He was such a great person and he will be greatly missed by me and so many others. We love you, our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. He is with God and our parents. Love Gina Spalding

Ernie was the best brother a lil sis could have. We shared so many memories growing up and then I had the privilege of working with him at the Miami Police Dept. We briefly worked together in Narcotics and Vice.

I will sorely miss our hour long phone calls where we talked about anything and everything. I was amazed at how much we had in common. One thing I will truly miss is his "Hail to the Hales" every time he called us! Rest in peace big bro and tell Mom I will be in eternity...

Ernie was one of the nicest people I've known. His love for Eve was an important part of him.

Eve, his whole expression changed any time he talked about you even if it was just a passsing remark. You and his family were the best of his world.

Kathy, I know how hard this is. Take comfort knowing how much he loved you.

I wish we had stayed in touch. He enriched my life beyond measure.

Please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss. He was one-in-a-million....
