Ernest Isaac Weis

I just ran across a photo of Ernie on my PC and I began to wonder, because the last time I talked to Ernie was when my Dad, Ernie's first cousin, Dick Weis, passed away in 2016. So, I just learned today that Ernie, too, has left us and rather recently, too. I am so very sorry to have learned this, and for the family's loss. Ernie was my doctor for the first 15 or so years of my life. I also had a great admiration for Ernie. No doubt he will be missed by many, many people.

Malini and I send our deepest condolence to Penny and to all of your family members. I rue that I have not met up with Ernie for so long but will always remember his kindness and wise counsel that he provided over many years. He was a giant to me. Pankaj

Penny knows this. Ernie made a great cup of coffee every morning; and as a guest in their beautiful home, he delighted in serving me a steaming cup as I entered the kitchen each morning. What I did not know, was that this delicious Cup of Joe was decaf. I also did not know why I had a terrible nagging headache during my visit! I only figured it out after drinking ice-tea at a luncheon and the headache miraculously disappeared. He always had a huge smile on his face when he presented me...
