Ernestine Louise Pepin is now with the angels. Steeny, as everyone called her, passed from this life after a short illness on March 27th. She was 100 years old. She had already made it clear to us that she was ready to exit this world.

Nancy and family, It is with deep sadness that we read of your lovely mom's passing. She was a dynamic influence on me when I first moved to Vermont and volunteered as a Girl Scout Leader. Her knowledge was immeasurable and her great patience and kind demeanor was truly admirable. I enjoyed her sense of humor and willingness to always be inclusive. She was an asset to the community and the Northeast Kingdom. She will be dearly missed. Godspeed.
