Not sure what to say?

Ernest was our wedding photographer in 1979. We were so lucky to have him take these forever photographs. Every time we look at them we remember his aratistry, and, his huge sense of humour. Rest in peace.

Very sorry for your loss. It was wonderful getting to know Mr. Floeter when he came into EagleMonk Pub and Brewery with the German Club. He will be greatly missed.

Dear Nell, Dorothea & family:
We are very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Mr. Floeter will be dearly missed.
Psalm 46
1 God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
3 though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging.
Warm Hugs,
The Briones family

Friede sei mit dir, Ernst.

Nell,
Was saddened to hear you lost your father. What an extraordinary man he was, I regret I never had the good fortune to meet him personally. I'm sure you and your family will miss him greatly! My kindest thoughts are with you and yours.
Best regards,
Elizabeth O'Keefe

I loved Ernst. He was always quick to smile and always had time to stop and chat. Ernst Floeter may just be the last of the Grand Ledge icons that influenced the town I knew from the 60's. One in a million, I'll miss Ernst a lot.

We are sorry for the loss of your father Nell. He was a wonderful person and a treasure to our GL community. You and your family are in our prayers. Tom and Patty Heffron

I will always remember Ernst's photography talent. I remember one of his signature photos was the bride in the mirror with her bouquet. I remember how beautiful the bride was in this particular pose enough that I had the photographer for my daughter's wedding take the same photo. Dorothea my thoughts are with you.

We are remembering you in these days. His journey was amazing, and now, we pray you will take comfort and courage to extend his legacy. With sincere sympathies,
