Doris, Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. Pastor Rex was such a wonder man. He shared in two of the most important days of our lives. I grew up in Grace Lutheran Church but moved away after college. When it came time to be married in 1991, I couldn't have imagined being married anywhere else. Doris, I don't know if you remember me or not but I am from Faith Lutheran Church in Jacksonville & Ernie presided at our daughter Michelle's wedding in 1984. I was organist during that time. We are so sorry to hear of his passing & our thoughts & prayers are with you & your family.

Our family was blessed to have Pastor Rex officiate at and be part of so many of our personal family events. A wedding, confirmations, baptisms - all were graced by his presence and spiritual guidance. Our thoughts are with the Rex family this Christmas season.
