My thoughts are with all of you. I have such wonderful memories of our life with you on the mountain. Wish I could be with you now in this difficult time. Love Lily

My sympathies to those he's left behind. He was truly a gentle man who immediately befriended me as I worked on a documentary regarding Dr. Van Allen's association with the rocket team. Dr. Stuhlinger shared freely and honestly with his thoughts and memories, his history and his genuinely friendly personality. Thank you, sir . . .

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of Dr. Stuhlinger. He was truly the best of the best, and I treasure the hours he shared with us as a friend and mentor. May he rest in peace!
