I remember once having lunch with Errol and discussing food, especially Fra Diavolo. The passion he had for so many things was amazing. Not much to do with business, more of his appreciation for life and his family. It was one of those moments you don't forget in your career. The quick spin in his Ferrari was the frosting on top. I'm glad he was able to live the life he lived. It's not very often you meet people like him, one filled with passion and desire to help others. RIP Errol.
