Errol was the HR Manager at Gestamp North America. He was an excellent coach and mentor to myself and others. I had been in management for near 20 years but yet I learned so much from him. He was so kind and thoughtful when I first moved to Alabama and shared a lovely meal with him and his wonderful wife, as a thankyou to them both. I think of his wise words often and whenever I have moved office or state for work, I take my laminated phrase from him which read.... "Praise in public,...
