I was one of Chef Baldwin students at San Bernardino Valley College. One of the first things he taught me was to taste everything I cooked. As well as how to cut different kinds of meat. I also have to say that he was a very strick teacher. But at the same time he could make you laugh out loud. I started out with him in the old Sun Room until they tore it down to build the new Sun Room. I will definitely miss Chef Baldwin. I also helped him move from his two story house to his Mobil home.

I am so sad to hear of Chef's passing and missed his friendly smile and warm presence on campus. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel.

My deepest regards to the family he's left behind. He was a wonderful Chef and teacher, he made my career and I owe it all to him. He always talked so highly of his wife Cherry I knew he found his soul mate in life. My thoughts & prayers are with you in this grieving time.
