Always a giver, Never a taker, Thayer was Always filled with curiosty, Always interested in what others were doing in their lives, Thayer was a great Listener, a wise man with years of life experience. We miss Thayer very much.

Thayer was the salt of the earth.
A giver, never a taker.
He was kind, generous with his time, curious about the world and people around him, a gentle soul, humble, witty,and the most wonderful grand father to our daughter Jennifer.
Thayer was my father in law for almost 30 years, and simply a wonderful person of depth, intelligence, loyal true friend,and steady character.
Jennifer, my wife Priscilla, and I will miss him very much.
