Ervin Stack

LEXINGTON%%Services for Ervin Stack, 77, of Lexington will be held at 1pm Monday, December 27, 2004 in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, conducted by Rev. Steve Kittrell and Rev. Junior Roland. Mr. Stack will be laid to rest beside his first wife, Virgie Neeley Stack at Browns Chapel Cemetery, Old Leesburg Road, following the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Ascension Hospice, P O Box 3077, West Columbia, SC 29169. The family will receive friends from 4-6pm Sunday at the funeral home.

Mr. Stack died Thursday, December 23, 2004. Born in Monroe, NC, he was the son of the late Shelly and Ola Starnes Stack. He was a member of Laurel Baptist Church and was retired from Miller Electric. Mr. Stack was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

Surviving are his daughter, Jeannie Stack Bedenbaugh of Lexington; son and daughter-in-law, Vince and Pam Stack of Lexington; sisters, Carol Little, Patsy Talbert, and Wincy Bounds, all of North Carolina; brothers, Tommy Stack, Kenneth Stack, and Shelly Stack, all of North Carolina; and three granddaughters, Rachel, Jessica, and Shelley.
