Not sure what to say?

Papa,

Well, the one year anniversary of your last day of your old life finally arrived. Mom, our family and Kelly's family went to church, went out to eat, and watched that wonderful tribute video of your life. It is amazing to me how much of an inspiration you still are to all of us. The video just reminded me once again of that fact.

I still have the Shiner bottle from our Papasito's get together following your funeral, and I now have a second one from the...

Hi Erwin,
I can't believe it has been almost one year since you left us; it seems like yesterday. We, of course, missed you very much at our family reunion a couple of months ago which was at Roger and Susan's new house. But your beautiful family was there with those precious little ones. I know you are watching over them. I want to thank you for encouraging the family get togethers. I miss you and love you very much!
Your Sis,
Isabella

Hi Ervie:
Christmas was surely different without your presence (& presents....the lovely 'Olga' merchandise you have given me for many years. Soon I will be forced to shop for it myself....I will TRY to be a tiny bit frugal!)
Pat, Kelly, Rob, Natalie and I visited your grave yesterday & Natie had a great time exploring. You were watching, I know.
I love you, my precious one....I always will.
Ritsy

Hi PaPa and Merry Christmas!

I can't even believe that I'm sitting here on Christmas day without you, but I know you are watching over all of us! I still miss you terribly and wish you were here in body, but I know we will meet again. Please pray for us and know that you are in our hearts and most cherished memories. I love you!

Danny

Merry Christmas Daddy! I miss you so much.
Love,
Kimmi

Dear Erwin,
This Christmas season brings back many happy memories of our childhood, our parents, and our families and of course, you are a very important part of all of that.
I know you are celebrating Christmas with Jesus this year, and clearly you are watching over your beautiful family. I love you a lot and miss you very much.
Your brother,
Leo J. Kainer

Hi Erwin,
Merry Christmas! I know you will have a heavenly Christmas.

I think of you a lot, especially during the Holiday Season, and miss you very much. I know you are looking over your wonderful family, and, of course, you have two new little members and we have our first new little member to our family.

I love you,
Isabella

Well, Pop, you got another boy to watch over now. Sean Elias came 10/30/05, and he is going to grow up knowing you...I'll make sure of that. I miss you so much and wish you were here. But it won't be long before we are all together. Until then, I know you are taking care of us and that's a great feeling!!
I love you!!

Hi Ervie:
Today is our 40th wedding anniversary. How did time rush by so quickly? It seems like only an instant.
I still miss you very much....you are always on my mind.
I thank God for you...the joy you shared with everyone...the wonderful example of Christian life you provided...the unselfish love you gave...the privilege of being your wife and friend.
Thank you precious Ervie...my one and only love...I'll see you later.
Ritsy
