Read MoreI never saw Erv without a smile. Whether it was helping with the hot dogs at Weimar Hills School at the start of the year or just walking around at the Market in MV. He was one of the true community-spirited guys of that past generation like Ron Verrue and others that had an impact on our area. He was a doll. Even though I didn't see him a lot, knowing that he's gone now leaves a void.

Erv. Morgenthal was a good man, kind and considerate, always concerned about others. He approached problems with determination and good humor. Erv. could be counted on to follow through on any action he initiated. He was a tireless worker, participating in many community activities. His passing so suddenly is deeply felt.
