Erwin J. Odeal

On behalf of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Cleveland Section, I would like to extend our deepest sympathies and condolences to Erwin´s family. He was a long time member of ASCE and the 1987 Civil Engineer of the Year Award winner. My condolences to the family of Erwin Odeal. I've known Erwin for many years. As executive director of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, he was was the voice of water quality in northeast Ohio. He was also a valued member of the board of the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency, where I served as the executive director.
