Erwin Schwab

Erwin and my dad met long ago in elementary school in Austria. One of my favorite old photos is their school picture. Years later, Erwin was on the ski slopes with my father when he had a heart attack at the young age of 34. Still later, Erwin was responsible for my father moving to Portland (from New York), and the photo I'm leaving here is where my family story begins.
