Not sure what to say?

I'm so sad to hear about her passing. My Grandparents just told me. Mrs. Mendez was a very sweet Lady. I have fond memories of Her. My prayers go out to all her children. Cesar, I'm sorry. Prayers & Hugs to your Family. May she Rest In Peace.

My condolences to all of your family. My prayers are with you and may the Lord comfort you at this time of sorrow. I did not know Mrs. Mendez personally but I worked for many years with Margie Beltran and Monica Buitureira. I know that Mrs. Mendez had to have been a most wonderful woman because of the honor I had working with such great ladies.

Our deepest condolences on the passing of Mrs. Mendez. Be a peace knowing that you have an Angel in heaven watching over all of you. She was a wonderful person, cook and a mother truly devoted to her family. She will be missed by many.

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

I was sad to hear the news of Mrs. Mendez's passing. I was one of her grandson Bobby's high school friends and was blessed enough to be invited into her loving home on several occasions. She always made me feel so welcomed with her warm personality. I remember her fondly. Also, she made the best iced tea! My prayers and condolences go out to her family.

I still remember the days our children were small and would play on West Levee. Happy days and happy memories. Mrs. Mendez was a wonderful wife, mother grandmother and neighbor. I will miss her greatly, may she rest in peace. God Bless Mr. Mendez and the Mendez children and their families.

I will always have warm memories of Mrs Mendez. She was kind, warm and friendly. And she always made you feel very welcome at her home. She always had a smile on her face. And I loved her homemade cooking. God be with her family in these hours of mourning as she shall forever remain in their hearts.

Love, Gloria Pena
