We got to know Inez in the mid 70's when we had an Antique Mall across the 2 lane highway that was 431 at that time. We had lunch with her almost every day. Our oldest daughter, Helen would go over & get chocolate soft serve ice cream for all our dealers in the mall. Helen was 11 years old & spent a lot of time with Inez & learned about the restaurant business from her, that became her 1st job. She worked for Inez over 20 years. She loves Inez like family. We will all miss Inez,she was always so sweet to us. I can remember when we (Cindy & Michelle) could not wait until church was over so we could go to the Dairy Dip for Ice Cream.

inez was a very special lady to us all.....all of her family loved her and she loved them as well.....she will be greatly missed....she leaves behind a whole host of nieces and nephews that will miss her.....she is in gods hands now and so much better off than she was....though tears may be shed for her....she is no longer suffering and in pain...she is happy and running those streets of pure gold...laughing and singing and catching up with old friends and family who have gone on before.....i...
