Not sure what to say?

Dear family, I worked with Estelle on many committee's at Peter Wege's "Center For Environmental Study". She was my mentor and good friend for many years. I also saw Estelle at her cottage in Macatawa, where she sailed with Paul. She wrote several articles for the Macatawa newsletter. She had vision and helped many women facing change in their lives. I am so sorry for your loss, and will see that her obituary is put on the Macatawa web site. Blessings,
Shirley Swaney

There are no words that can express the loss I feel. You were Naomi and I was Ruth. You can not be replaced. I will miss you daily until I see you again. Love, Cheryl Currier

Cathy and Martha,

Connie and I join others in expressing our sympathy to you and your families on the passing of your mom. She always challenged me intellectually, and encouraged me as her student. May you be comforted in your memories.

With love from your cousin, Tom Glaser

Cathy, Sean and Jesse - our sympathy to you all as you mourn the loss of your mother and grandmother - a great lady who was a champion of women everywhere. Love and hugs - Deb and Chuck Matko

Words can't express what Estelle's friendship and guidance has meant to me . She was the person the leadership of the of the Progressive Women's Alliance went to for advice and was our most enthusiastic champion. She will be greatly missed by me and other women in our community.

Cathy, it has been a long time. My sympathy to you and your sister.
Your Calvin girl, Gladys

She was quite simply. . . remarkable. My friend and mentor who always questioned, prodded, enlightened, and guided my personal and professional growth. She lives in my heart always.
