Stelly and I grew up across the street from each other. I knew the whole family and watch her grow into the women she became. She was an amazing person and granddaughter of Mrs. Bell. Her parents were Dorothy and Lewis Bowen.

Stelly was a roommate while attending college in Mexico City, She was joyful and kind. It was a fabulous adventure. Condolences to her family. Carol Ford

We were so sad to loose our friend. We are the Blackjack group. She will be missed alot. She was a kind and good person.

I first met Stelly in Mrs. Qualman's second grade class at Vernon grade school. In recent years we would see each other at the occasional Jefferson class reunions at Pizza restaurants. We always enjoyed reminiscing about our days at Vernon. I will miss seeing her, as she was a long-time friend.
