Esther was such an important of my life here in Connecticut - I will miss her phone calls and letters. This picture she shared with me and was so proud of her 2nd best time in the 1995 Walk in her age category. She will always be my inspiration!

I only knew Esther through OLLI, but I admired her so much. Always sharp to the end. Wonderful to hear that she ran the Dexter/Ann Arbor run for so many years and at 85, no less.
