My Aunt Esther was a wonderful woman, I remember going to visit her and my Tio Mike at their home in Albuquerque with my mom Beatrice, she has always treated us with so much love, and fed us with her fresh made tortilla's and beans. Even as we grew older, she would always, always remember all of her nieces and nephews names and their families and ask how everyone was doing.
