Ethel was my step-sister-in-law. Norman's mother married my father. We visited Norman and Ethel, and later Ethel after Norman's death, every time we came to Newton. We became good friends and we will miss Ethel very much as we have missed Norman. Ethel was a very impressive person in all that she did. Her talent showed in everything she touched. I'm so sorry we can't be there for her funeral.
