Ethel Meadows Bush

Ethel was such a force! So many in GFWC du Midi have mentioned how much she influenced them, mentored them, guided and directed...she was just terrific! She is often remembered! Someone said recently, "Ethel could've been a CEO of a large company". Well, she certainly was a CEO of du MIdi. We are so grateful for life and how she impacted all of us! We miss her!

So sorry to hear of the passing of Ms. Bush..I knew her from the nursing hime..She was a delight to talk to about her clubs and friends she was associated with..she always made sure I was welcome to read any book she had..and she was a very avid and fast reader..she loved those twin grandchildren and loves telling stories about them..May she rest in peace..

Ethel was special! She was certainly a strong woman, dedicated to helping others, and a wonderful GFWC clubwoman. I knew her in several different roles and admired and respected her immensely.
