Ethel Carr, Billings, MO, daughter of William and Tillie (White) Latham, was born on July 8, 1926 in Gainesville, MO and departed this life on March 12, 2020, at the age of 93.


Ethel was a homemaker, a lifelong resident of the area and she was a member of the Full Gospel Church, Billings, MO.


Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Carr.


Survivors include: three sons, Claude Carr and girlfriend, Janice Rohlman of Verona, MO, Bill Carr and wife, Kathy of Marionville, MO and Ronnie Carr of Billings, MO; one sister Grace Ewing of Kansas City, MO; eleven grandchildren, Kelly, Wyndy, Mike, Kara, Dillon, Jordan, Dustin, Travis, Andrew, Karissa and Melissa; twenty six great grandchildren, Stacey, Whitney, Ashton, Keira, Colby, Myranda, Rylea, Quinn, Erinn, Ryann, Kendall, Coy, Kamdyn, Kamee, Mikayla, Oliver, Penelope, Amelia, Carson, Taylor, Kaleb, Kobe, Avery, Cloey, Courtnee and Colten and a host of other relatives and friends.


Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2020 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Crane, MO. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Rex Mooneyham officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill West Cemetery, Billings, MO under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
