Pittsfield, NH - Ethel Miller St. Laurent Cochrane, 96 passed away peacefully on April 10, 2022 at the Granite VNA Hospice House, Concord after a short period of declining health. She was born March 28, 1926 the daughter of John and Delena Miller. She lived nearly her entire life in Pittsfield. Ethel attended Pittsfield Elementary Schools and began working at a young age in the Cotton Mill and Shoe Factory. She married Arthur (Harpo) St. Laurent and after his death her second husband Phillip Cochrane. Although Ethel had no children, she was a special aunt especially to Kathleen Paris, Elaine Miller (deceased), Dena Leonard, Barbara Flanders Leduc and her namesake Ethel Sebastian(deceased). Ethel was very social and referred to herself as a jokester. She enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening, bird watching, playing bingo and golfing. In her younger years she liked to fish and hunt.

She is survived by her brother Leon Miller and wife Corine of Pittsfield., sister-in-law Nyleen Harper, Penacook, many nieces and nephews, her cat BABY and her good friends at Rolling Green Apartments.

Besides her parents and husbands, she was predeceased by siblings John Miller, Jr., Norman Miller, twin sister Edith Pellilo and Helen Flanders.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 20 River Road, Pittsfield followed by burial in Floral Park Cemetery.

Donations in memory of Ethel in lieu of flowers may be made to Granite VNA Hospice 30 Pillsbury St. Concord NH 03301.
