I truly can't express in word Mrs. Kimble u just had to know her. She was my six grade teachers. But yet at the age of 34 her voice still ring in my head. I will say she was no joke u had to handle business when u was in her class period . The very sight of Ms. Kimble made u check yourself for real. You will be miss but truly not forgotten

Oh my, I remember Mrs. Kimble like yesterday. She was my elementary teacher and yes, I gave her the "blues"! But, Mrs. Kimble was nothing to play with; she was always in charge. Mrs. Kimble just had to look at you, and you straigten up. I thank God for my mother for she left behind a great influence over my life. Mrs. Kimble, well, she was a good teacher, and one of few teachers, that I never could forget. And as I grew into my adulthood, I was greatful to have had her as a teacher. God...

I grew up in Opelousas, and I heard Ethel Kimble's name a lot as a child. It was always good stuff. Opelousas had a lot of good people, and she was one.

May God Blessings continue to be with the family. You were truly blessed with to have a strong and woman as Ms. Kimble. The entire community was blessed if they had a chance to pass through her classroom. I count myself as one of the bless. Ms. Kimble was my 4th grade teacher.
