Ethel was such a remarkable woman and is missed every day by all those who loved her. It is hard to believe that it's been a year since her passing. The wonderful memories that she left behind will keep us smiling and laughing forever. I'm sure she is Greek dancing, bowling, playing bridge, entertaining and all the other things she loved in heaven. Her social calendar is probably booked up there also! She lives forever in our hearts.

Dear Anna and Elaine,
Bill Mays just let me know of your mother's recent death. It has been a long time since those DuVal days. I remember very well knowing and seeing your parents at various school events. Anne and I have been married now for 54 years and the years have added up. We are pretty healthy still, but are not too far behind your mother at 84 and 85. But we still try to keep up with those 60's DuVal classes and their reunions. Barry and Anne McKown. [email protected]

Please know how sorry I am not being at the funeral but I think family and friends know how much Aunt Ethel meant to me. We had great times playing bridge. We had many conversations on the slams and odd hands we had. She has always been the voice in my mind at the bridge table telling me not to miss a slam. Just...

Anna and Elaine...so very sorry to hear about your mom. I have such fond memories of her, especially during the Camp Fire Girl years. What a long life she enjoyed (my mom same age)...that generation was truly amazing. Hugs to you

We truly loved Aunt Ethel although she was not really my aunt. I loved getting together with my mom, Ethel, Anna and Elaine when we ventured up from FL. In the summer. One year, we even let Jerry join us! Aunt Ethel was always the epitome of lovely. Such a delightful woman who truly loved life.
