Not sure what to say?

My sincere condolences to everyone in the family, she was such a classy and sassy woman!!! When we moved across the street from Ethel and Big Sam when I was little they were the coolest grandparents even though we weren’t related but eventually that’s how I met Tessie and Tony. They would come every summer and we had such good times growing up at the river house, playing kickball and wiffel ball with all the kids, or going to Benihana’s for New Yeats Eve or Tessie and I would put her high...

My sincere condolences to Sam, Sammy, Tina, Teeno and to all the people who loved Ethel. She was one of the best friends my Mom ever had and one of the last to visit with her before she passed. I have fond memories of going to their camp in Westport and I still have a little trophy from one of their Over the Hill golf tournaments. Rest In Peace dear sweet Ethel Marie.

Ethel was a big part of our life and our hearts since 1970. We loved her as family and nicknamed her "granny". We shared many good times together and will miss her dearly. With all our love, Greg and Pat Heid

Ethel was kind, so friendly and always looked beautiful no matter if she was going out on the town or just to go shopping! A true classy lady. Sam, Sammy and family I know your pain and grief. Hold on to your best memories of such a beautiful lady.

Sam, Sammy Jr and family I am very sorry to learn of your loss. I only met Ethel twice but I could tell by the way the two of you spoke of her that she was a wonderful person. Take care of one another and keep your memories close.
