She was such a loving person and we enjoyed each other company. I will greatly miss Mrs. Roper. She was one of my best friends. When I lived down the bay she always welcomed me into her home. When she was sick back on 04 she would let me come in and cook for her and keep her company out on the front porch. I especially oved hearing her stories over and over about when she used to model and sew for "The White Folks" back in the day. She was like another mother to me.
