Starr, Ethel 92, of rural Redwood Falls, died Friday, April 17, 2009 at her home. Funeral service 10:30 AM Tuesday, April 21, 2009 from First Presbyterian Church in Redwood Falls with burial to follow in the Redwood Falls Cemetery. Visitation Monday, April 20, 2009, from 4 until 8 PM at the Nelson-Martin Funeral Service in Redwood Falls and will continue on Tuesday at the church for one hour prior to service.
