Not sure what to say?

I know it's been almost 15 years, and 54 years since I was fortunate enough to have Mrs. Estey as my 5th grade teacher and a very positive presence in my life, even into adulthood. She was one of a kind.

Mrs. Estey taught both me and my sister at George School. She was the most wonderful Teacher I ever had, and visiting her over the years felt like coming home. She was loving and caring for all her students, and her impact on the many lives she touched can't be measured.

Mrs. Estey was my 5th grade teacher at George School. She had a wonderful way of making you feel special...even though that was such an awkward age for us all. I remember that special ink pen she used and her beautiful handwriting. We need more teachers like her. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss.

I remember when I first met Ethelyn. And I can remember when I gave birth to my Wendy, Grandma Estey said, "I don't know how that baby got born!" Wendy weighed a little over 10 pounds. Ethelyn was always a good mother-in-law to me. I will treasure her memory always!

I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Estey for my 5th grade teacher at E.S. George School in 1960-1961. She was an excellent teacher, and she touched so many young lives in such a positive way. My condolences to her family.

I was one of those very fortunate 1000+ students who had the best teacher of my life, Mrs. Estey, in fifth grade at the E.S. George Elementary School. Her dynamic teaching style made an indelible impression on me that remains vivid even now, almost 50 years later. She was the inspiration for my decision to become a teacher, thus extending her love of education to new generations of students I have taught in Europe and Asia, as well as the U.S. I am sorry for your loss.

So many of us remember Mrs Estey at George School. Although it's been nearly 45 years I remember her most of all. Just went to visit the school with my siblings a couple months ago for a trip down memory lane but it was after hours so just got to peak inside the front entrance. My condolescences to her family. She has left a great impression on many of us.

No one tells a story like my Grandma did. Living with her for almost 6 years, I learned so much from her. We didn't always agree on things but we always loved each other, understood each other and found things to laugh about together. She lives on in the hearts and memories of her family, friends and students. All my love, your Granddaughter, Linda
