Etta M. Wright

Etta M. Wright, age 99, of Ward, Arkansas, was born April 5, 1908, at Des Arc, Arkansas, to Sam and Martha Ford Williams, and she died peacefully in her home on the morning of Saturday, October 20, 2007. She was a member of the Ward Methodist Church.

Etta was preceded in death by her husband, Carol Dewey Wright; one sister, Bonnie Dalton; and three brothers, Troy, Edward and Clarence Williams.

She is survived by one son, Rayford Wright and his wife, Bonnie; one granddaughter, Jeri Lynne Wright; one grandson, Steve Wright; and two great-granddaughters, Alyssa and Tawna Wright, all of Springfield, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Monday, October 22, 2007, at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, with funeral service to follow at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Frank Warden will officiate. Interment will be at Johnson Chapel Cemetery. www.westbrookfuneralhome.com.
