Eugene Claud Allen Sr. NORFOLK - Eugene Claud "Blue" Allen, 57, of the 2800 block of Bayne Ave., passed away Jan. 18, 2009. A funeral will be held Saturday at noon in the chapel in Graves Funeral Home. A wake will be held Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
