I began singing with Zim's band in the late 70's and I was privileged to again sing with Zim's band when it was taken over by Gene Bonner & Wayne Hudson when Zim passed and performed at the last 3 Naylor winery gigs as well as with their trio until very recently.

I will especially miss Gene's dry sense of humor, his laugh and his musicianship!
Rest in peace Gene.
